*1. How It Started* FVE began with a simple but powerful observation of the challenges faced by students in cities like Bannu. Our founder, Faizullah Sikandari, realized that while students are hardworking, they often lack the right guidance and professional exposure. Most students are forced into a system of "Ratta Culture," where they memorize books just to pass exams without truly understanding the concepts. To change this, FVE was started as a bridge. It began as a small idea to connect students with experts, creating a way for students to get quality education and career advice for free, regardless of where they live. *2. The Mission* Our mission is to close the gap between getting high grades and gaining real knowledge. FVE works every day to bring expert teachers and professionals from all over Pakistan to the students who need them most. We focus on "Real Understanding," which means we value both important theories and practical skills. We provide a platform where knowledge is shared freely and honestly. By offering mentorship and academic support, we make sure that every student understands the "Why" behind what they are learning, helping them prepare for the real professional world instead of just an exam hall. 3. The Vision Our vision is to build a lifelong network of support that lasts for generations.
